NuBrakes Mobile Brake Repair

Maui was relatable, professional, and clearly knowledgeable all at the same time from the moment he arrived until the moment he left. His speed as a mechanic was top tier as well. I would definitely recommend Nubrakes to a friend, and I would hope they got Maui as a tech. The price was about $750 for new pads at all for tires and new rotors at the front tires, including labor. I had to ask him to also do the rear pads proactively; he did not try to sell me them, but at 111,000 miles, I felt it was the right thing to do. I called on a Sunday morning at 11am, and Maui was in my driveway, helping me resolve my brakes issue Monday morning at 8:30am. What more can you ask for? I see why they have such good reviews.

Derwin from NuBrakes was awesome! He was kind, efficient, and did an excellent job! My brake pads and rotors were all replaced. What an awesome service that comes to your home to fix your car brakes!

Maui, the technician, was absolutely wonderful! He was so friendly, showed me exactly what was wrong, and did the work quickly. I am only giving 3 stars because scheduling the appointment was beyond frustrating. I made the appointment Tuesday , online, for Thursday between 8:30-1:00. We called after not hearing from anyone around 11:00 on Thursday. They claimed to have not been able to contact me but I was waiting by the phone since 8:15...They rescheduled us for Friday 8:30-1:00. Again waited around from 8:15 to about 11:30ish. We called and they said we were next so most likely between 12-1. 1:00 came and went, we were told he was hung up at last appointment but was on his way to us around 2:00...called back and they said they would call the technician to get his eta and call me back. They never called back. They then stopped answering the phones. I received a text after 3:00 Friday claiming due to the technician being held up at prior appointment they were rescheduling again for Saturday morning but we would be first on the schedule. Finally it is Saturday morning and my brakes are fixed! We came to Orlando on Tuesday, for vacation, and we have been kind of stuck at our

Great communication throughout the process. They came to my house exactly when they said they would and worked fast and efficiently. Derwin did an amazing job and talked to me through exactly what he found. Overall, a Great experience! Much less expensive than the dealer, and so convenient!

The service was awesome and memorable. Maui was my service tech. He started out with building a rapport by greeting me which is very important, smiling, laughing and sharing life memories. He was able to answer each question had I asked him and showed me the difference between my brake pads and the new ones as well as the difference between my rotors and the new ones so I could fully comprehend why the scrubbing/grinding noise was happening. Maui is an awesome and honest guy, we need more men like that in the world. Thank you Maui for being professional, patient and kind.
